Detailed Description: | I have resentley incounterd a problem and i belive it was coused by your hdmi cable. i had 2 xbox 360's one pluged into a tv with your hdmi cable and one pluged in with a standard cord. after 2 to 3 months of having the cord i noticed over time more and more glitches in the game started poping up (sound cuts out, video cuts out, ect.) finally yester day when i went to turn on my xbox an error message occured (error E74) which means the xbox can not regester the AV cable pluged in. so i figured the cord went bad and i would have to go back to standard deff. no big deal so i went and got my old cord pluged it in turned on the xbox 360 and i got the same message. so i looked into it. after an hour of research i found out that on rare occashion a chip in the xbox can be fried if a cable malfunshions. so that xbox is usless now. so i moved my other xbox from the other tv onto my HD tv, and pluged it in with your HOMI HDMI cable again. BAD IDEA now that xbox has just started showing signs that the old xbox showed. so i quickley switched it back to a standard cord not that xbox show decressed signs, close to none when they were hapaning ever 5 to 10 seconds with your cord! i would very much like it if you could replace or pay for repairs on my xbox's. thanks Gabe Jacobson. |
